We are ex-pat Brits (or, New Bulgarians) who have lived in the beautiful rural area to the North of Varna for the past two years. We are “empty nesters” having a good time that we would like to share with you.

Our property is within easy reach of the resorts and their beaches as well as some beaches you never hear about. In addition we are ideally placed for visiting some of the more urban areas such as Balchik, Varna and Dobrich

We have available for rent a self contained, ground floor apartment with access to the garden and pool. Also, we have a studio apartment on the fourth floor with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
If purchase is the purpose of your visit, we have, in the past, gone down the route of buying property and dealing with builders & suppliers and will pass on the benefit of our experiences quite freely.
